Everybody can enjoy the benefits of yoga. It's not necessary to get on the floor to explore this gentle and effective exercise system that creates strength, flexibility and balance. Our class is classically structured with breathing techniques, asana (postures for strength and stretching) and meditation based in the Integral Tradition. Added benefits include improving balance and rotation. Everyone is welcome. Standing is optional. We also encourage laughter and fun.
