In the past several years, there has been a noticeable movement in the direction of natural wine-making, that is, wines produced with a minimum of manipulation, chemical additives, fertilizers, or processed yeasts. At the same time, more and more wineries tout their adherence to sustainable farming practices, which may include using only organic grapes in their wines or following biodynamic principles. In this class, we will delve into the world of natural, organic and low-intervention wines, learn about the techniques used in their production and sample an array of such wines, including white, skin-contact (amber or orange), rose' and red wines. $14 materials fee is included in the $48 course fee per person for this class to be paid when you register.
Fee: $48.00
