Reconnect, rediscover, and explore the singing voice of who you are today. Singing and speaking voices naturally change as we age, especially if you haven't sung in a while. In each class, we'll begin with vocal calisthenics to strengthen the voice, improve range, and build confidence, then apply what we've learned through group singing, with optional solo opportunities. The songs we sing will reflect the interests and preferences of the class.

Connie Koppe

has been finding joy in singing since she was 6. She has been teaching actors, singers and CEOs to build and use their voices more effectively for over 30 years. She has taught at the University of the Arts and gives private speech and singing lessons from her home in Germantown. Connie has taught singing for the Learning Tree since 2001. She is particularly interested in promoting confidence in students of all ages to use their singing voices for their own joy. www.conniekoppe.com. SEWING and CRAFTS: Many of you know Connie Koppe as a singing teacher, but in addition, she has been a seamstress and crafter most of her life. She learned sewing skills from her mother, her great aunts, junior high home economics, and from reading the patterns.
