The Adult Instructional Gym Class is designed to bring the health and wellness benefits of gymnastics to those beyond high school age. Participants range from beginning gymnasts to former college-level competitors. Participants will learn tumbling skills on the spring floor and train on the equipment including: uneven bars, balance beam, vault, and tumble trak. Direct instruction is provided from start to finish to include a warm up and conditioning.

Kendrick Gymnastics

The mission of Kendrick Gymnastics is to provide a genuine and dedicated commitment to the sport of gymnastics, enabling young athletes to attain their fullest potential while cultivating a sense of self confidence that empowers children to challenge physical, mental and emotional limitations in the gym, at school and across social settings.

Maya Lerman

is a longtime member of Kendrick Gymnastics. Her involvement started at a young age on the City Tumbling Team. She later became a member and a competitive gymnast on the Kendrick Kippettes USAG Team. At the young age of 16 Maya trained to become a Junior Coach working her way up to a Head Coach just a couple years later. Maya also has a background in dance and theater.
