Using a system of 52 simple moves, each Nia workout delivers full-body conditioning leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Done barefoot, and to unique, intentional music, Nia is for every person who desires to discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life.

Emily Kutz

first discovered Nia in 2018 when a friend invited her to a class. By the end of the class she knew something had changed and she would never be the same. In 2019 she attended her first training and hasn't looked back since. Now 6 trainings later, she is blessed to be able to bring other people that life-changing experience, just as she had at her first class. With over 5 years of experience leading and guiding people into their bodies, she is beyond grateful for all Nia has taught her and her participants.
