Join a Haitian mother-daughter duo as we prepare iconic dishes like griot, fried plantains, and legume while exploring the stories, traditions, and flavors that connect Haiti to the African diaspora. We'll laugh, cook, eat, and share conversation in a warm, welcoming space. Whether you’re reconnecting with your roots or trying Haitian food for the first time, you’ll leave with recipes, new skills, delicious food to take home, and a full heart.

was born and raised in Haiti and spent years running her own catering business, cooking for weddings, parties, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. Together with her daughter, Leila, she is excited to share her family recipes, stories, and a little taste of Haiti with you.Leila Jerome
learned everything about Haitian cooking right beside her mother in the kitchen. Today, she is an artist and educator who loves hosting community dinners that bring people together through good food, meaningful conversation, and Black culture.
