Slow down and explore the sensory experience of herbs and tea! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn the basics of creating personalized herbal tea blends for relaxation and wellness. Participants will learn about a variety of herbs commonly used in tea, including lavender, chamomile, mint, and hibiscus, while experimenting with scent, flavor, and balance. Each participant will create and take home their own custom herbal tea blend.
