Wine Tasting - France off the Beaten Path

Continuing our theme from last spring on lesser known varietals, we will take a deep dive into French grown varietals that are not well known among most US wine consumers. We'll be sampling wines from different regions around France, discovering delightful libations that may be a little harder to track down but are worth the trouble to explore for novel tasting profiles, food pairings and expanding one's palate. So put aside for now the Burgundies, the Bordeaux and the Provencal rosés, and make a toast to Vive la Différence. Santé!
