This class is for true beginners or anyone looking to brush up on some basic knitting skills. We’ll be making the Oslo hat by Petiteknit which is a super comfy double-brimmed hat. For this project, we’ll learn to make a knit stitch, cast on, read a pattern, and do basic decreases.

Notes:

Materials should be purchased before class, and instructor can provide a discount code for MALT students to Kelbourne Woolens upon request. Needles: 16 inch cable circular needle in US 4 (3.5mm). Yarn: DK weight wool yarn, 400 yds. Pattern: Oslo Hat by PetiteKnit.
