The Supreme Court has addressed some seminal issues in the last couple of terms including redistricting which impacts voting, immigration (mostly through the mysterious "shadow docket"), Presidential powers including the power to issue tariffs, and First Amendment rights. Still pending before the court this term are cases on LGBTQ+ rights and birthright citizenship. In other words there is SO much to discuss! This course will explain the role of the Supreme Court and discuss all of these issues and more. Bring your questions!
