Yoga invites an inner and outer transformation of the body, mind and heart. Students learn to embrace and deepen their awakening by exploring the yoga practice. Interoception, the ability to sense and feel what's happening inside the body, is nourished through a basic understanding and overview of anatomy and physiology. We focus, concentrate, and refine the quality of our awareness through yoga practice. Neuroplasticity takes hold to reshape and restructure our brain for calm and composure. Restorative yoga, breath awareness and meditation are included. Classes are tailored and respectful to the individual needs of the student always.

All equipment will be provided. This is a small class limited to 6 students.

Debra Lynn

is a yoga instructor and body therapist. She practiced as a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist for 25 years. Debra studied privately with a Kripalu yoga teacher for ten years and completed a rigorous yoga teacher training program with Francois Raoult and daily training at the Iyengar Institute of Manhattan. She continues extensive training in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness including pain management, and trauma sensitive yoga. She has an innate ability to enable students to connect with their bodies to cultivate peace and joy. Debra is a well-seasoned yoga teacher adapting her teaching to the needs of the students in front of her.
