In this class, in addition to ongoing form correction, the intention is to go beyond the superficial practice of the postures to explore the internal aspects of nurturing and using chi in our daily lives. This class is for students who know the whole 37-posture short form in the style of Cheng Man Ch'ing. If you have previously studied tai chi with a different teacher, then participation in this class requires permission from the instructor.
