In the Intermediate class, we will continue to learn the remaining postures from the end of the first third to the final posture. We will continue to develop our abilities to fulfill the five primary principles, and to understand how those principles can improve our health and well-being. Attendance in the Beginning class or ability to demonstrate beginning ability of the first third of the form is required.
