Concerns about blood work can lead to lifestyle changes that make you better for life! If you or someone you care about have high LDL (often called “bad” cholesterol), or your A1C (the marker for pre-diabetes and diabetes) is high, come learn what you can do to shift the results and feel better. The class will cover how diet, certain exercise, supplements and natural therapies can assist in life affirming changes. We will also learn about integrative approaches that blend the use of western medicines with natural medicine. You can achieve improved results, feel better, and lessen the worry of your friends and family. Previous students are welcome to renew information, but the final 1/2 hour of each class will be devoted to current and follow-up suggestions for participants who have already started making lifestyle changes to improve their heart health.
