You'll help transform fresh black grapes, cherries, and blueberries into a delicious Pinot Noir–style dry red wine, then take home a 16-ounce fermenting jar with an air lock to complete the process over the next few days. This rich, flavorful wine pairs beautifully with pasta, steak, dark chocolate, or can be enjoyed on its own. Step-by-step instruction will give you the skills and confidence to make this wine again and again to share with family and friends.
