Dance is the most ancient way we have to source wisdom directly from our bodies. It helps us connect beyond words. These dances draw inspiration from intuitive movement practice and from folkloric dancing, creating space to feel more comfortable and confident dancing. This class is welcoming of a wide range of abilities, including those who would like to feel more comfortable in their bodies.
