Journaling can be a great way to increase our knowledge and understanding of ourselves, others, and the world. In this workshop, you will be provided with the tools you need to start a journaling practice. We will explore free-form journaling techniques such as the “brain dump”, as well as more structured journaling prompts, and open-ended questions designed to get you to think more deeply.
