Frame Drumming for Beginners

This class will soothe your nervous system, shift you into a more connected way of being, and strengthen your own inner rhythm. Frame drumming together creates a sense of community! This class is an absolute beginner’s introduction to this sacred practice. No musical experience is required. Expect to learn the basic strokes and several rhythms to practice.
