Through creating a unique personal shadowbox, you’ll have the opportunity to explore emotions, reflect on your journey, and find a sense of connection and renewal. With caring guidance, participants will navigate loss, change, and life’s passages while expressing themselves freely in a welcoming community. No artistic experience is needed, only a willingness to engage with the process. Students will process grief and loss, receive validation of their emotions and experiences, and create a meaningful keepsake to honor their memories.
