No experience necessary! In this workshop, each person will choose a song (whether that’s someone else’s or it’s one you’ve written) and we will go on a journey to make this song your own. Through individual and group exercises that are totally unique, accessible, and joyful, you will transform both your voice and your relationship to it in ways you never thought possible. For those who have taken my Sing a Secret workshop, this experience will be new, exciting territory.

Tyler Hathaway

is a singing instructor and musician. He is enrolled in graduate school at Antioch University for a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on expressive arts therapy. His teaching practice is informed by his training in Inside Voice techniques as taught by Jonathan Stancato, his familiarity with healing practices (including somatic exercises, cognitive behavioral therapy, breath work, and meditation), his acting training at the Actor’s Workshop of Ithaca, and over 20 years experience as a drummer and percussionist.
