This workshop is designed for women navigating life after divorce. Using Discovering the New ME: A Reflection Journal for Divorced Women, participants will engage in guided self-reflection, group discussions, and mindfulness exercises to explore personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. Each session provides a supportive space to reclaim your identity, embrace new beginnings, and foster emotional well-being. Whether you're just starting your journey or well on your way, this workshop offers the tools, community, and clarity needed to confidently embrace your next chapter. You’ll leave with a personalized action plan and the strength to move forward with a renewed sense of self.

$7 materials fee for the workshop journal payable to the instructor at the first class.

Teresa McKnight

is the founder of For My Girls, an empowerment organization that provides workshops and programs for girls and women. Her journey began in the wake of her own divorce, a turning point that led her to rediscover her strength, independence, and joy in life’s second chapters. She has over 20 years of experience in mentoring, workshops, and coaching. She is the Director of a student success program for first-generation students at LaSalle University, as well as an adjunct professor at Harcum College.
