Immerse your senses in the restorative power of nature! Known as shinrin-yoku in Japan, forest therapy has scientifically shown to reduce stress, increase creativity, and improve overall wellbeing. In this introductory session we will engage in meditation, intention-setting, and restorative forest therapy practices followed with reflection and herbal tea. You will gain a sense of peace and experience deep feelings of gratitude along with the excellent healing benefits offered by nature.

Maegan D'Amato

is a licensed mental health therapist and registered 500-hour yoga therapist. She has been using mindfulness meditation to help herself and others heal for nearly a decade. As a part of this, Maegan has been guiding Forest Baths in urban settings since 2018.
