In this class, you'll taste your way through the soft and subtle side of beer, ranging from refreshing, low-alcohol saisons to criminally overlooked pub ales. You'll learn the basics of tasting and style, from where beer gets its color to how tiny microbes contribute big aromas. Best of all, Orr will use his years of experience to curate an all-Philly menu of under-the-radar selections — and even a mild and magical surprise from the suburbs.
