T'ai Chi - Yang Style: Intermediate

In the Intermediate class students will continue to learn Prof. Cheng's 37 postures of the Yang style form. This part of the form includes various kicks and single leg turns. As always, the form is practiced in smooth, slow movements while developing strength and flexibility in the legs and whole body balance. The Intermediate class is for those who have learned the postures of the "first third" of the form, (in the Beginning level), and/or have the teacher's permission. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled, flexible shoes.
