Candy making and sugaring at home are also discussed in this program. We will be joined by Trish Fries, former director of the Wissahickon Environmental Center, who has been tapping trees and making syrup for 25 years! This class is for adults only,

Susan Haidar

is the Environmental Education Planner at the Wissahickon Environmental Center. She has taught maple sugaring to various age groups within the Philadelphia Parks system for 13 years.
