Join Anne for a relaxing sound meditation with Crystal Tones singing bowls and vocal sounding. The crystal bowls activate the crystalline nature in the higher brain centers and restore balance between your mind and body. We begin by creating an intention together. You will be introduced to the unique alchemy signatures of the bowls and begin to feel how your body responds to them. We will then be held in the expansive vibrations of a 45 minute sound bath meditation.
Fee: $32.00
