Laurel Hill Cemetery: Captains of Industry
There are still openings remaining at this time.
The creators of Philadelphia's 19th century industries lived on a grand scale. They constructed lavish mansions in the suburbs and equally imposing mausoleums. We'll explore the stories of men who built locomotives, laid out the trolley lines and manufactured products ranging from saw blades to linoleum. We'll also explore the stories of their wives who attempted to dominate Philadelphia's social life.
