For many athletes new to Triathlon and multi-sport, swimming is the most daunting challenge. Beginner and intermediate level swimmers will learn how to improve swimming technique and form for greater efficiency and begin to build a solid training base for the 2017 Triathlon season. We will use video analysis at the beginning, middle and end of the class to show how quickly students improve with good training and drills. Learn to overcome the extreme anxiety most new triathletes feel about the swim portion of the race and how to improve technique and form through easy drills. Proper swim training progression will make entering the water for the new or experienced triathlete a more comfortable experience.
