*Class is held downstairs in the Common Room. Enter from the Greene Street courtyard and walk down a short staircase. Please bring a mat, water bottle and arrive a few minutes early to settle in before class.

If you're feeling stiff with a limited range of movement, experience a series of gentle stretching and deep breathing exercises. This is an uplifting, restful and restorative yoga series that will improve your overall health and connect you to a deep sense of inner peace. If you feel overwhelmed, frazzled, on edge, have body aches, mental exhaustion or unrelenting illness, then you are especially welcomed. Avoid eating a heavy meal immediately before.
