Discover new techniques for extending the life of the plants in your vegetable garden to keep them producing even through the harshest of winters. You can winterize your existing plants so that they stay vibrant through the cold months or bring the plants from your garden inside to "winter over." Imagine picking tomatoes and peppers in the middle of January! We will also plant fall and winter crops that can be harvested well into December as well as a variety of crops that won't be ready until the spring. Of course, whatever you plant during the class is yours to take home.
