This is a great class for anyone trying to incorporate more vegetables into their meals. Learn basic knife skills and different methods of cooking vegetables (i.e roasting, sauteing & blanching) to make eating more veggies tasty and simple. We will learn two tasty recipes, focusing on how to purchase and cook locally grown, seasonal vegetables. Participants will leave with recipes and meal ideas! BYO containers to take home any leftovers.
