In this three-session course you will start learning basic 3-ball juggling in a way that is both relaxed and disciplined. Whatever your level of ability turns out to be, the emphasis will be on achieving a meditative state of mind/body movement, so that mistakes and frustration are minimized! Nonbouncing juggling balls are available online or can be made from bean bags. Experienced jugglers will be asked to conform to the format and apply the methods when it comes time to practice.
