Join us to explore the art of setting healthy boundaries and breaking free from people-pleasing patterns. You'll learn how to identify and challenge limiting beliefs and behaviors, communicate your needs and boundaries with confidence and assertiveness, set healthy limits with others and maintain them with kindness and firmness, and prioritize self-care and self-compassion in your daily life. Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and a supportive community, you'll gain the tools and confidence to prioritize your own needs and live a more authentic, empowered life.

Chestnut Hill Friends Meeting, 20 E. Mermaid Lane

From Stenton Ave. (Hill Tower Apts), if you're coming from Mt. Airy, turn left on Mermaid Lane. (If you're coming from Chestnut Hill or beyond, turn right on Mermaid Lane. After you go under the train trestle, go to the sixth driveway on your left, almost to Winston Road. There is parking for 20+ cars to the right of the meetinghouse. Enter the meetinghouse by the side door on the left of the building (on the far side from their parking lot). The Chestnut Hill East train line stops at Wyndmoor (Willow Grove Avenue & Wyndmoor Street) is about 5 blocks away. The Route 23 bus stops 1 block away, at Germantown Avenue and Winston Road.
