Janessa Carter	is a Teacher's Aide at the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf (PSD) in the Early Childhood Education Department. She has taught American Sign Language to Parents of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students at PSD. American Sign Language is Janessa's primary language taught to her by her Deaf parents. She takes great pride in the language as it is both visual and beautiful.
