T'ai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that strengthens body and mind. The sequential, flowing movements promote balance, flexibility, endurance and well-being. T'ai Chi offers a means of deeply relaxing while being alert and aware. The Yang Style short form will be taught. This class is for beginning students of any age and ability. Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
