Bring a yoga mat or blanket and do not eat after 4 PM (2 hours before class).

Everybody breathes...but breathing can be so much more than just inhaling and exhaling to stay alive. A regular practice of conscious, mindful breathing can enhance the quality of your health, happiness, and peace of mind. It will help you to release tensions and stress, enable you to rest and sleep better, to focus and refine your mind, improve performance in all areas of your life, and strengthen your energy and passion for living. Classes will include gentle exercise, breathing techniques, and simple homework to practice.
