Kundalini yoga combines movement with vigorous breathing. Vinyasa is built around variations of the Sun Salutations. Integral yoga steers a middle course, with incremental stretching. Balance exercises are for focus and concentration. Join a class of diverse individuals. Each of our bodies can do some things easily, and others with more difficulty. Josh will help you develop a practice that builds itself into your daily routine because it feels so good to you.
