The parking permit is attached to your emailed confirmation receipt. If you didn't get one, download one from mtairylearningtree.org. If you don't use email, send a SASE for a parking permit or call the MALT office (215-843-6333). There are locker rooms with showers but students need to bring their own lock, or they can put their stuff poolside.

Exercising in water is one of the most effective and gentle ways of giving yourself a healthier heart and stronger, more flexible muscles. And it's fun! Do a warm-up followed by aerobics and calisthenics. Because water absorbs impact, this form of aerobics is a gentle, safe exercise especially if you have arthritis. This class involves no swimming and will take place in the shallow end of the pool.
