For beginners to intermediate fitness enthusiasts, whether you have never exercised or exercize regularly. The goal is to improve flexibility, balance, joints, core strength and overall ability to be more efficient in your daily activities. The doable, essential exercises will also improve cognition and the overall function of the body systems. This is not for extreme athletes. There will be options to sit or stand throughout the class. Participants will be weighed and measured to discuss a realistic goal for the 8 week session.
