Focus on fun dance moves designed to work every part of your body. For womyn of all shapes and sizes to have fun and fellowship with other womyn. Through base-pumping, hand-clapping, and soul-moving music, work up a sweat and burn calories as well as excess weight. Learn dance routines that combine a mix of medium to high intensity moves derived from various modern art forms including hip hop, burlesque, belly dance and twerking. Yes, we did say twerking (it's a great workout)!
